Keep an eye out for birdlife as well—Queen Elizabeth NP is a birder’s dream with over 600 recorded species.

Today you’ll explore a different side of Uganda’s wildlife with an early chimpanzee trekking experience in Kalinzu Forest Reserve. The trek is both exciting and educational, offering insights into forest ecology and primate behavior. Spotting chimps in the wild is always a thrill—watch them swing through the canopy or forage on the forest floor.

After the trek, begin your drive back to Entebbe with a lunch stop en route in Masaka. Reflect on your safari memories as you pass the equator one last time.
