Safaris by Locals acts exclusively as an independent referral platform that connects users with local safari operators based in Africa. We do not organize, operate, sell, or manage any of the safaris offered by these operators.
Our role is limited to collecting your travel preferences through a form and forwarding them to one or more local partners that we trust, so they may contact you directly with a custom itinerary and quotation.
2. Data Collection and Use
When you complete the quote request form, you voluntarily provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), and travel preferences. This information will be:

Shared exclusively with the selected local safari operators for the sole purpose of providing you with a travel proposal
We do not use this data for any other commercial purpose unless you have expressly opted in to receive additional safari-related advice or updates.

3. No Contractual Relationship with Safaris by Locals
By submitting the form, no commercial contract or binding agreement is created between you and Safaris by Locals. Any safari booking that may result from a quote provided by a local operator is a direct agreement between you (the traveler) and the local safari company.
Safaris by Locals is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform, and does not process payments, reservations, or itinerary modifications.
4. Limitation of Liability
Safaris by Locals assumes no responsibility for the performance, quality, safety, legality, reliability, or accuracy of the services provided by local safari companies. We do not endorse or guarantee the success of any safari proposal sent to you.
Any claims, disputes, or issues related to a booked safari must be handled directly with the local operator.
5. No Guarantees
While we make every effort to recommend reliable and trustworthy local safari providers based on personal experience and direct communication, we do not guarantee:

We act solely as a lead generation platform based on the preferences you provide.
